We are looking for a Junior Video Producer to join our team at Dojo Films. This is a part time entry-level position for someone keen to build a career within the exciting world of video production. We work with fast growing tech companies and sports which means there is some exciting stuff you'll be working on.
Our ideal candidate will have the following skills:
Super organised and can juggle multiple tasks at one time.
Has some video production experience/knowledge, with cameras, codecs and especially when it comes to project management.
Has a secondary skill in being able to edit, film or experience with creating social media content/marketing.
Confident on the phone, engaging on email, and keen to develop client-facing skills.
Can deal with working in a fast paced environment, working remotely and building relationships with our contacts around the world.
Proactive and diligent – we need a forward-thinker who can work under their own steam but can also work collaboratively.
We’re a small team with great passion and enthusiasm for video. Team members take on a lot of responsibility from day one, so this role would suit someone who is happy to jump right in and learn quickly but also enjoys a collaborative approach to growth.
The role will involve:
Supporting/shadowing Head of Production on large projects.
Learning the ropes on our more consistent projects and owning those tasks.
Booking in voice overs, talent, crew, sending out contracts and many other small production tasks.
Editing, filming or marketing for Dojo and customers, utilising any other skill sets that you can bring to the table or want to explore!
